Mô tả công việc

1. Coordinate production workflow for multiple products.
2. Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
3. Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
4. Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
5. Schedule shift according to production needs.
6. Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
7. Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
8. Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.).
9. Prepare and submit status and performance reports.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. University degree, major related to Economic, Foreign Trade… Prefer oversea graduate
2. Proven experience as production planner, at least 2-3 years of working experiences in manufacturing.
3. Able to communicate in English.
4. Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
5. Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning).
6. Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
7. Good at math and statistics.
8. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent communication abilities.
